  1. I really, REALLY wish the publication timing had worked out better so that I could release Book Three of my trilogy this month, since it deals with my characters getting through December, which is a fraught month for both of them for a number of reasons, and ends with them celebrating Hanukkah.

As it is, we have to make do with the ending of Book Two, takes us from Labor Day to Thanksgiving.

I’m adding your novella to my list of holiday novels to check out once I’ve turned Book Three over to my editor next week. I’m getting a late start on my holiday reading, but I intend to make it worthwhile!

    • Keira Andrews Keira Andrews says:

Can’t wait to read your trilogy, Amelia! I have book one and need to pick up book two ASAP!

I’m late starting my holiday reading too, so I’m excited to get some recs here so I can get right to it. :D

What a great idea, Keira! Just so happens I have a new holiday novella to pimp too. :-)

Here’s the blurb and links for Love Brokers: Mister Romance

Jacob Cruz, aka “Mr. Matchmaker”, has an uncanny knack for knowing who would be perfect for whom, which led to his successful matchmaking company, His Perfect Match. His record is nearly flawless, but when it comes to his own love life he always seems to miss the mark.

Brant Hudson, aka “Mr. Romance”, is a hopeless romantic with his own romance consulting business. He knows every move in the book to win a heart and build a lasting, loving relationship, heck, he wrote the book. Even knowing what he knows, seeing his clients’ relationships bloom and grow, his own seem to miss the spark.

Sparks fly the first time Jacob and Brant meet at a New Year’s Eve party, but bad timing and sitcom-worthy mishaps conspire against them at every turn, from demanding clients to current boyfriends, spilled drinks to broken bones, and even a rogue ferret. How can the perfect couple ever hope to make it work when Old Lady Fate refuses to get out of their way?

Thank you, Keira! I’m adding yours to my TBR too. :-)

I can’t wait to read your new novella, L.C.! Sounds fun and romantic — just what the doctor ordered for the holidays. :D

Thanks for playing, and hope you enjoy Eight Nights! :)

  3. Thank you so much for this opportunity! I have a new M/M holiday release today from Loose Id! http://www.loose-id.com/more-than-this.html

    More Than This

Adam Sanchez makes good money, drives a vintage BMW, and is living up to the promise he made that he’d never be poor again. After two years without seeing his family for the holidays, he’s taking time off to give them a dream Christmas. At least, that was the plan.

But after taking a wrong turn off the interstate in search of the Blue Ridge Parkway, he finds himself skidding on a patch of ice and crashing into a big red barn. He wakes up sore, grumpy, and immediately attracted to his less than pleasant host who happens to be the spitting image of a young Elvis Presley.

Army veteran Josh Atkins doesn’t have time to babysit the idiot currently recovering on his family’s Christmas tree farm, but is left with little choice. That the man stirs something deep and primal in Josh can’t and doesn’t matter. It’s the busiest time of year and he’s needed at home.

As the two men begin to talk and share their stories, Josh’s hard-nosed stance softens. When he learns of Adam’s need to get to Asheville before Christmas, Josh is torn between letting him go and asking him to stay.

Maybe Josh can help Adam see that there’s more to happiness and freedom than a large bank account, and maybe Adam can teach Josh to see beyond the surface to the man beneath. Maybe, just maybe, they can show each other that there really is more than this.

    Hi Keira,

What a great idea! Thanks for allowing me to share my holiday m/f/m/m short story, All She Wants 4 Christmas which is currently free at Smashwords and ARe. :) Coming soon to iBookstore and B&N.

What if on Christmas Eve all your darkest desires came to life…could you handle it?

It’s Christmas Eve, and all Monica Sims wants is for her fiancé, just once, to step outside his comfort zone. She loves him, and life is fine in their perfectly planned world. But Monica is ready for more. She takes a risk and shares with him her darkest fantasies: Domination. Submission. Surrendering to the will of more than one man. But her confession is more than her straitlaced boyfriend can handle—or so she thought.

Dane knows exactly what he wants in bed: just him and Monica, his fiancée—alone. Simple, easy, vanilla sex was all he ever needed. That was until the night he found his fiancée in her office, watching—enjoying—a very naughty movie on her laptop. Determined to be the one to unleash her control, Dane decides to surprise her on Christmas Eve with a trip to a private fetish club. But they won’t be alone.

EVERY TIME A BELL RINGS (Wonderful Life #1)

Brian dropped everything last year when his mother became ill so he could take care of her until the day she died. People he thought were friends didn’t stick with him and he’s somehow become kind of a recluse without meaning to be. Only Mike, his best friend since they were kids, has stuck by him and is now saving him from homelessness after a fire destroys Brian’s apartment building days before Christmas. Though Mike has to go down South for the holiday, Brian stays in Mike’s apartment with his slightly singed kitten Oreo.

Brian’s only goal is to set his affairs back in order before everything shuts down for the holidays and then make it through those holidays in one piece. He’s lost so much–his only real possession is a photo album of his mom that he risked death to save from the fire–and he’s feeling lost and very alone…until Mike, his hot neighbor Trent, and even little Oreo conspire to give Brian the best Christmas possible and a future that looks a lot brighter.

AN ANGEL GETS HIS WINGS (Wonderful Life #2)

Mike Sharp is in Little Rock, Arkansas, visiting his family for Christmas while his best friend Brian Bailey’s up north walking right into Mike’s plans to hook him up with his neighbor Trent.

Unfortunately, it seems like someone’s conspiring to get Mike panting after his third cousin, twice removed (or something like that) named George Whitlock. George who keeps sneaking up on him, being all shy and cute, and then having the audacity to give Mike great big calf eyes that are just begging Mike to drop to his knees.
Mike will not give in because, if he does, he could lose his entire family when they discover he’s gay.

My holiday story is called Third Night, from MLR. Will Joe’s Hanukkah wish come true—a way to reconcile his belief in the tenets of Orthodox Judaism with his attraction to his friend Yehuda?

Can Joe reconcile his belief in the tenets of Orthodox Judaism with the religion’s disapproval of his sexual orientation? Or will his crush on his friend Yehuda ruin their friendship and leave him ostracized by his community? What will happen on the third night of Hanukkah?

    Happy holidays to all!
